Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or damaged products (unless received damaged).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
